Hi, I’m Bríd, a physiotherapist, personal trainer and strength & conditioning coach passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and live healthier lives. In 2019 I graduated with a degree in Sport and Exercise and went on to earn a Master’s in Physiotherapy in 2021. With over 7 years of experience in personal training & coaching both online and in-person, I specialize in creating personalized health, fitness, and rehabilitation programs.
I have a particular interest in working with individuals living with chronic pain. Lifestyle factors play a crucial role in managing pain & injury, and I believe that combining physiotherapy with health coaching is a powerful approach to improving physical performance and overall quality of life. Whether you’re an athlete recovering from an injury, someone living with pain, or simply looking to get in better shape, I’m here to guide you toward sustainable, long-term results.
I’ve worked with a diverse range of clients, from inter-county level GAA athletes and soccer players to dancers, MMA fighters, runners and individuals who are simply looking to lose weight and improve their health. At the heart of my work is a commitment to creating lasting, person-centered changes that fit your life, not quick fixes. Currently, I am also working as a staff-grade physiotherapist with the HSE, gaining experience in multiple specialties within the hospital setting.
